  • Avoid drama (yes, there are bad eggs out there)
  • Build trust (in the small things) and assume good intent
  • Take solace in the fact that all (bad) projects end
  • Embrace the suck (military jargon) and learn from this
  • Forgive yourself and show grace to others
  • Make great stories (yes, bad clients, situations often make the best stories)
